Another one from my uncle, passed on to my brother-in-law’s girlfriend.
My uncle found this one on the side of the road with a “Free” sign on it. He was happy to oblige.
The bike didn’t need much. Pretty much everything is original, and that’s a rarity these days — especially for something as old as this. It just needed some cleaning, a slight adjustment to make the shifting right, and some air in the tires.
It sat in the garage for a little bit, but I offered it up to my brother-in-law’s girlfriend in exchange for him fixing my car. Seemed like a good deal on my end. Now it’s cruising around the Gorge area in Victoria.
