It is a titanium frame with an old school Raceface kit, upright geometry, touring gearing and other fun details. It is full of customizations that only come when you know exactly what works for you in a bike. That’s why this is so cool.
Bikes are meant to be ridden, and if they’re treated right, they’ll be the most fun on two wheels.

So here it is, my thoughts on the CAADX, the "Adventure" category of bikes and a bit more.
This bike changes through the seasons, from fall shredder pictured above to summer long hauler as below. Andy took it on the Kettle Valley Railway trail in August, getting it covered in dust in summer mode.
Alex has built this bike up so many different ways. Under the blue paint, it is a Trek XO2. That was a long time ago and a lot has changed.
